Andrews is also president of ASI Show, which annually hosts trade shows and events across America, and vice chairman of ASI Computer Systems Inc., whose accounting and business platform is used by nearly 1,000 companies.

Responsible for all ASI human resources and employee education through ASI University. HR and ASIU teams manage recruiting, onboarding, immigration, new employee training, annual intern programs, benefits and wellness, policies and ASI’s Diversity and Inclusion Council. ASIU provides hundreds of online, office based and custom courses for employees.

Responsible for sales and growth strategies for ASI and ASI Show, including all distributor and supplier member success initiatives. Alongside an amazing team of colleagues, I introduce new members to ASI, support them with our industry leading services like ESP and ASI Shows, and assist them with analytics and insights to help their businesses thrive.

Best part of my job: It is so gratifying when our members share their success stories and attribute their growth to ASI services. As a team we see analytics first-hand every day, but it means so much more when our members feel the impact.

Moment of Zen: We’re a soccer family. My kids are 15 and 13 and nearly every weekend we travel to watch them play. The games are not relaxing. But in between games, I get to see them practice. I don’t know why – but watching them practice is super peaceful for me.

Oversees the ASI Media team that produces the industry’s award-winning editorial content, as well as ASI’s online education platform, ASI University, and slate of in-person educational sessions at the Orlando, Fort Worth and Chicago national trade shows. Also curates ASI’s special events, such as the Counselor Awards reception and the Power Summit.

“I’d rather be some people’s brand of vodka than everyone’s cup of tea.”

Best part of my job: After 25 years at ASI, it’s still, as it always has been, the people in this industry, some of whom have become family to me (and consequently call me at all hours of the day and night). I’ve been to their weddings, kids’ christenings and bar mitzvahs, their retirement parties and their funerals. This industry is filled with wildly creative, deeply innovative and fiercely independent entrepreneurs, inspirational leaders and weapons-grade wackos… And I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Moment of Zen: I haven’t been Zen since I gave up my BlackBerry.

Oversee financial operations and makes decisions based on the company’s financial stability by gathering and analyzing both financial and non-financial data instrumental in the creation and implementation of our company’s strategic goals.

Best part of my job: Helping my team members develop, grow and succeed, seeing them overcome challenges they face, and watching them take bigger roles in the company. And of course, making budget.

Moment of Zen: Seeing people enjoy something that I cooked and then relaxing when everything is clean.

Oversee many of the operational and fulfillment aspects of ASI’s business, from ASI’s trade show operations and marketing services to our media, research, events, communications, social media, and catalog fulfillment efforts. It’s a varied yet incredible group of people.

“I believe wholeheartedly in taking a breath (or three) before acting. It has served me and my team quite well.”

Best part of my job: Every day is different and unpredictable, and the people I work with are talented and dedicated.

Moment of Zen: It used to be coaching my son’s baseball teams, but since he’s in college now, it’s a lazy Sunday in the fall: New York Jets game, beer on ice, and burgers on the grill. Oh, plus a good glass of bourbon later in the night.
