After an 18% post-COVID jump in 2022, things steadied a bit for the print and promo distributor affiliate group, which increased sales by nearly 3% last year. Says Proforma CEO Vera Muzzillo: “While we hit significant milestones in sales – our largest sales year on record – our biggest success in 2023 came in the form of talent acquisition.” Indeed the company – a Counselor Best Place to Work this year – made a number of high-profile hires, including Meg Erber as director of sales, Charity Gibson as chief marketing officer and Mike Dobozy as chief technology officer.
