It’s a changing of the guard at Vantage Apparel. Counselor Power 50 member Ira Neaman, who founded the apparel supplier and decorator in 1977, announced in November that he was transitioning to president and executive chairman, and named Rob Watson as CEO. Last year the supplier/decorator recorded over an 8% increase in sales, and, according to Watson, is aiming “to be the most integrated apparel vendor in the industry” with the launch of a new digital integrations team and a platform to enable automated order submissions.
