Taylor Corporation’s Susan Drenning maintains her spot on this year’s Counselor Power 50 list, one year after making her debut appearance. For a half decade, she’s overseen the company’s Direct & Digital Marketing Group, which includes a number of companies, among them Counselor Top 40 distributor Taylor Promotional Products (asi/333647).

Taylor Promotional Products posted a strong 5.5% revenue gain in 2023, and under Drenning’s direction, the distributor has increased revenue by nearly $50 million since 2021. Acquisitions are a way of doing business at Taylor Corporation, and Drenning continued the tradition last year when it acquired DMR Creative. The purchase gave Taylor an entry into cruise lines, resorts and gifts shops and rounded out its offerings with enhanced decoration capabilities. “The addition of DMR’s design talent and sophisticated screen print and embroidery technology expands our scope in the industry,” said Drenning at the time of the acquisition. “We have big plans for apparel, souvenirs and other promotional products and I can’t wait to see what we can accomplish together.”
