ASI Summer Internship Program Returns in 2024

Promo interns will gain industry knowledge, get free ESP access and earn a chance to win a $1,000 scholarship.

Help shape the future of the promotional products industry by participating in the ASI Summer Internship program.

ASI Summer Internship program

Summer interns will bring fresh ideas and a new perspective, while assisting ASI member companies by helping with orders, product/data entry, marketing and sales support.

This program will supply interns with industry knowledge and provide the necessary tools to generate excitement for working in the promotional products industry post-graduation.

ASI will provide each intern with:

  • Free ESP access (for distributors) or ESP Updates access (for suppliers) for the summer
  • An ASI Welcome Kit of promotional items
  • An invitation to attend ASI Show Chicago
  • A webinar education series and industry overview
  • An internship completion certificate
  • A chance to win a $1,000 scholarship

The program has over seven years of success, helping 1,609 interns and 972 member companies thrive in the industry.

“My summer internship changed my life,” said ASI President and CEO Tim Andrews. “It’s why I’m passionate about ASI’s summer intern program, free to all ASI members. It may inspire Gen Z to make a career in promo or at your company.”

Zoe Thompson, a 2023 participant in the internship program, said it “really opened my eyes to the world of promotional products.” Thompson, who submitted a day-in-a-life video based on her internship at Liquid Screen Design (asi/254663), received a scholarship from ASI for her winning video.

Please note: While ASI runs the program and provides the above benefits, we do not hire any interns for you, nor do we pay them. All ASI Show Chicago expenses must be paid by the employer as well.
