In the midst of drastically dropping sales across the industry last year, The Image Group quickly tapped into its robust network to provide essential PPE to healthcare clients, a significant market for the distributor pre-COVID. The enormous demand during the pandemic led to an impressive 44.8% sales increase in 2020 compared to the year before as well as 36% margins. In February 2021, it capped off the successful year with new branding and the launch of a revamped website, retiring the Target Marketing brand. (The Image Group acquired that distributor in 2017.) The company says it’ll be focusing on streamlining processes for optimal operations over the next year.
