With a specialty in uniform and industry attire, Edwards saw a 23.6% drop in revenue due to the pandemic, falling four spots on the list. This year, the Kalamazoo, MI-based company is projecting that it will reach 85% of its 2019 sales levels. Company execs have noted a trend in “well-crafted uniform programs” to project stability, confidence and clarity during uncertain times. In July 2021, Edwards named Senior VP of Operations Jose Gomez as president, with current President/CEO Gary Schultz beginning to transition to retirement.
