Sales were up 9.2% in 2021, helping IMS maintain its spot as the 12th-largest distributor. The company has extensive sourcing and fulfillment experience, helping it win business from a diverse array of large clients. Of note, the distributor created the “Smilemakers” e-commerce site and physi­cal shop to provide branded merch for McDonald’s Worldwide Convention. And earlier this year, quick-serve restaurant Wingstop chose IMS to manage the sourcing, production and fulfillment of in-store merchandising.
