DiscountMugs drops two spots on this year’s list, with Counselor estimating flat sales for the Florida-headquartered firm that generates the vast majority of its business through e-commerce transactions at its website. DiscountMugs.com is part of Bel USA, a company that’s in the investment portfolio of private equity firm Comvest Partners.
