For last year’s State of the Industry report, Zorch forecasted that it would achieve 20% to 25% sales growth in 2022. The Chicago-based firm beat its own expectations, engi­neering a 34% annual sales rise. The sizeable gain was a result of adding new lucrative program business and a return to pre-COVID spending patterns by existing clients. “In 2022, we anticipate an increase in sales of approximately 15% to 20%,” says CEO Mike Wolfe.
