This Nashville, TN-based distributor cracks the Top 40 for the first time. SomethingInked was formerly an affiliate of Top 40 firms AIA Cor­poration (asi/109480) and iPROMOTEu (asi/232119), but became independent in 2019. The company grew annual sales 48.1% in 2021, while running a profit margin of 31%. “The return of live and in-person events in sports and entertain­ment were key factors in our growth,” says Bill Feldberg, executive vice president of business development.

Indeed, sports, entertainment and destinations are among the top markets into which Some­thingInked sells. NBA, MLB and NHL teams are on the company’s client roster, as are major play­ers in entertainment like Live Nation and Univer­sal Music Group. With services like web design and branding/logo design to build on its core merch-driven solu­tions, SomethingInked executives say the firm is poised to capitalize on increasing oppor­tunities in its top end-markets.
