NC Custom grew revenue by 4.4% and credited the rise to deep inventory, competitive pricing and brisk turn-times. It was a year ago that the company rebranded from Chocolate Inn/Lanco to improve the customer experience and drive sales. Since then, the firm launched new options in kitting-appropriate bundles containing food gifts, hard goods and retail brand items, and also expanded its chocolate box gift line in Q4 with new packaging options and truffles.
