The 45-year-old headwear supplier has been experienc­ing strong year-over-year growth, thanks to a bounce-back in customer demand and the continued interest in outdoor activities. That solid foundation helped the Ben­tonville, AR-based company make its debut on this year’s Top 40. At the start of 2022, Outdoor Cap tapped a new leader, with Jeanelle Har­ris taking over as president. Harris has been with the sup­plier since 2019, helping to restructure its sales, supply chain and customer success departments.
