Counselor’s guided estimate puts the Torrance, CA-based apparel supplier at $275 million in revenue last year – an increase of nearly 38% over 2020. The company’s strong inventory position throughout COVID, combined with a big bounce-back in apparel buying within the industry as well as in-person events, led to the major growth. A gangbusters Q1 and Q2 has the company setting its sights even higher, with hopes for growing sales across all distribution channels. Next Level has also made a major push into sustainability on a number of fronts, from product (through its Sustainable Collection) to production (reducing scrap wastes by 2-plus million pounds per year) to people, such as partnering with Better Work to ensure fair labor and a day-long volunteer beach clean-up.
