The Boston-based firm led by President & CEO Ross Silverstein, a perennial member of Counselor’s Power 50, was up 16% in 2022, due mainly to iPROMOTEu’s new iSUITE technology, which Silverstein notes “is a first-class, proprietary order/business management system that enables our affiliates to be more productive and more profitable.” Another reason for the growth: iPROMOTEu’s marketing team, which is “stacked with the industry’s top talent and delivering outstanding marketing tools and resources that truly help the company’s affiliates capture new customers and grow their sales.”

But Silverstein points mainly to the company’s affiliate network – “comprised of the very best distributors in the industry, who are experienced, professional and entrepreneurial” – and the company’s culture as driving factors for growth: “The energy, enthusiasm, camaraderie and sense of community among iPROMOTEu affiliates are off the charts and truly impressive.” Silverstein also recently promoted four key staffers, most notably industry vet Joe Hoffman, now the firm’s senior vice president of operations.
