Employees know that “family comes first,” says Pilster. Mothers have brought their infants in after coming back from maternity leave. Dogs are a common sight in the company’s Arizona and Hawaii offices. COVID Changes: Except for a couple remote sales staff, most employees at Williams & Associates are currently working in the office. During the pandemic, the company has brought in hundreds of thousands of masks to help keep employees, their families and the community as safe as possible. The space in the company’s main Tucson office also allows employees to properly social distance while working in person.

With three offices across two states, Williams & Associates has always made communication a priority. The company still holds weekly meetings and continues to share successes.
