Since 2015, IDProductsource has been ranked on Counselor’s Best Places to Work list. It’s not a coincidence that Katelyn Aumock joined the supplier that same year, ingratiating herself in the company culture and offering ways to improve her colleagues’ daily experiences.

Whether it’s raffling off New York Mets tickets for spring training or setting up online education programs to enhance customer service and sales techniques, this Florida gal is dedicated to cultivating a nourishing work environment.

“We need to take care of our external customers as well as our internal customers,” Aumock says. “We can always strive to do better.”

Aumock’s refusal to settle is what led her to the promotional products industry. An office manager for a wholesale jewelry company, she wanted something more out of life and saw unlimited opportunity at IDProductsource. She worked her way up from the accounting department to office manager, and received the Owner’s Award in 2016, an honor bestowed upon an employee who brings dedication, loyalty and innovative contributions to the company.

“I’m constantly working toward breaking that glass ceiling,” Aumock says. “That’s what makes this business so great. I can do whatever they want me to do.”

While she takes care of her family in the office, she’s also raising one at home. She and her husband are expecting their second child in October. “One of my biggest things is you can have that career and still have a family,” Aumock says. “Never let anyone tell you that you can’t do something.”
