Along with doubling down on the services offered to their franchisees, the Muzzillos’ strategic decision to implement a robust business management technology platform, ProVision, has insulated their affiliates from the economic fallout of the coronavirus. This year, 12 Proforma affiliates were named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies in the U.S., and the firm saw a record 130 franchisees reach its Million-Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Club. The Muzzillos also hired industry veteran Kimberly Fulford at the onset of the pandemic as PPE manager, setting Proforma’s member companies up for earlier and easier access to the in-demand items.
