In just his second appearance on the Power 50 since taking over as alphabroder’s top executive last year, Pantano has already broken into the top 10 – jumping up seven places since his 2021 debut on the list. As the head of the second-largest supplier in the industry, Pantano has readily shared his expertise on industry panels and publications. Over the last two years, Pantano and his executive team have focused on refreshing the company’s strategy. For example, Prime Line (traditionally alphabroder’s hard goods division) launched Source Abroad Apparel, a custom clothing service, in June. Pantano has also turned an eye inward, ensuring that company culture stays strong by tapping the potential of its 2,000-plus workforce, and maximizing individual and collective success.
