Since 2012, Magnet’s average annual sales have risen by 8.3%, pushing it into an elite club of $100 million+ suppliers. Yet, in a market where acquisitions are happening at a furious pace, Korowitz’s PE firm TMG Capital has remained relatively quiet beyond its major 2014 deal with Castelli (asi/44305).
