The veteran executive jumped nine spots on this year’s Power 50 rankings and led Vantage, which he founded in 1977, to $51.4 million in promo sales in 2018. Appointed to PPAI’s Board in July 2018, Neaman will succeed Brittany David to become chairman in January. Over the last year, he’s made some notable management hires, and under Neaman’s leadership, the perennial Distributor Choice Award winner in the decorated apparel category promotes an empowering company culture, one of the many reasons it landed on this year’s Best Places to Work list.
