With the Top 40 distributor’s sales growing 16% in 2022 from $180 million to $209 million, Ross Silverstein and his team of well-known and respected leaders (like Senior Vice President of Affiliate Sales & Support Lori Bauer, and recently promoted Senior Vice President of Operations Joe Hoffman) are leaning in heavily to tech upgrades like the implementation of iPROMOTEu’s iSUITE technology, which Silverstein notes “is a first-class, proprietary order/business management system that enables our affiliates to be more productive and more profitable.”

Additionally, its events – such as the annual awards ceremony held in Las Vegas, its Affiliate Forum which attracted 250 iPROMOTEu members, and its Women’s View advocacy organization promoting networking, mentorship and support for the company’s female affiliates and staffers – have put a spotlight on another area Silverstein has always considered to be one of the company’s strongest: the power of networking and leveraging the vast network of affiliates to help one another gain more success. And despite changes in the private equity ownership of iPROMOTEu in January from Align Capital Partners to Champlain Capital, it is Silverstein’s constant presence and steady hand at the helm that keeps the company on an upward trajectory – so much so that Silverstein is hopeful for a 5%-10% growth in sales for 2023.
