In typical Memo Kahan métier, to celebrate the 25^th anniversary of the Counselor Top 40 distributorship he owns, he sent a bottle of special reserve tequila – with a customized brass medallion emblazoned with the company’s logo on a chain around the bottle’s neck – to his closest friends, top clients and his treasured team members.

A native of Mexico City who emigrated to the U.S. in his teens, Kahan is one of the few people presiding over a minority-owned business on the Top 40, and works with his team to create award-winning campaigns for other DEI groups.
