Company Culture: “The best way to describe our culture at iClick is collaborative. Our place of business has no offices except for meeting rooms; our executive management team also has no offices. Our open flow-through work stations allow creativity, collaboration and very fun exchanges during the work day. Every Friday, we have a company meeting where everyone is invited to have a continental breakfast and awards are given for anniversaries, birthdays for the week and jobs well done. We also have a monthly Buddha award, which awards a top achievement for an employee. Most of all, everyone in the company has an opportunity to contribute to how to make the company better, from production to sales, customer service, IT, finance and art teams.”

Fun Things: “We don’t wait for years to have fun at iClick. Every Friday, after our company-wide achievement and award meeting, we play a game run by one of our departments, which we rotate every week. Anything from rock-and-roll trivia, to building art sculptures from Play-Doh to creating the tallest structure from paper sheets. The winner is awarded Starbucks gift cards.
