Why People Love to Work Here: “We work in an incredibly busy environment. To be able to achieve the unprecedented success we have achieved to date, all of us need to work like a finely tuned clock. We care about each other very much and help each other professionally and personally. Everybody has a say in how the business is run, which rarely happens these days in an organization. We very often get such good ideas from our staff that we say, why didn’t we think of that? All of us like to have fun, we know everybody is at full throttle during the day, but sometimes we think just to take a quick break to do something different is rewarding and breaks up the monotony of the routine.”

Perks and Benefits: “We feel we are truly good at picking perks our staff would like. Recently, we hired a massage therapist for the day. Our staff was treated to 20-minute massages throughout the day to kickoff the 4th of July weekend! It was raved about for weeks. We are also a little naughty and have our regular fun things like Ice Cream Tuesday and Bagel Thursday. We all find them enjoyable and honestly, we all look forward to them. We are big believers in encouraging participation in the company Simple IRA plan, where we match up to 3% of our staff’s contributions.”

Recent Culture Initiatives: “This year, we instituted the CSR of the Quarter incentive, which is specifically for our Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to provide excellent customer service to receive an ASI or Sage rating from the client. For every rating, the CSR receives a gold coin. At the end of the quarter, the CSR with the most coins receives a certificate, trophy and cash bonus for their efforts.” – Audrey Cobb, executive assistant
