PrintAbilities Acquired by Calise Partners

Calise Partners, a Dallas-based integrated marketing agency, announced the completion of its asset purchase of PrintAbilities (asi/302102), a print, promotional and wearables company that leverages a network of production facilities throughout the U.S. and Canada. Financial terms of the purchase were not disclosed.

Calise, which created AdScience, a data management platform, provides marketing support for a distributed network of more than 1,200 franchise and company-owned locations for its clients. PrintAbilities specializes in printing and promotional design, production and fulfillment for a range companies, managing everything from direct mail and sales collateral to promotional products and wearables.

“The PrintAbilities acquisition will immediately be accretive to or agency’s direct mail and production capabilities,” said Taylor Calise, the firm’s COO. “Their ability to quickly deploy web-to-print portals is not only unique, but also presents a tremendous benefit to our clients with large multi-location operations.”

PrintAbilities will continue to operate under its own name. Philip Vivier, COO at PrintAbilities, believes acquisition will give his firm the considerable benefit of Calise’s resources. “Their AdScience platform adds a data science component to our service offering that will be extremely beneficial to our clients,” he said.
