Minuteman Press Launches 'Bounce Back USA'

The new initiative provides free local business listings and COVID-19 safety posters.

Minuteman Press International (asi/377000) has announced Bounce Back USA, a new initiative to help give back to local businesses that have been hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic.

As part of the initiative, the Farmingdale, NY-based distributor with nearly 1,000 independently owned and operated franchises worldwide will distribute COVID-19 awareness and prevention posters at no charge to any business in its service areas. The company is also providing free advertising on the Bounce Back USA website. “We truly believe that a rising tide will lift all ships, and we want to make sure our communities stay afloat,” Nick Titus, president of Minuteman Press International, said in a press release.

The initiative was conceived by John Taylor, owner of the Nashville, TN-based Minuteman Press franchise (asi/377312). After the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) urged Americans to stay home, Taylor brainstormed ways to stay connected to his community. Starting by out giving COVID-19 prevention posters, he now provides fellow businesses and neighbors with free online listings, yard signs, banners and door decals.

“When John told us what he was doing in Nashville, we thought it was a brilliant idea,” Titus said. “I got on the phone with him and after discussing it, we moved quickly to make the Bounce Back initiative available at all of our franchise locations so that we can help lift up other small businesses during this critical time.”
