“Ironmark has always been focused on growing and empowering small businesses,” Jeff Ostenso, CEO of Ironmark, said in a press release.

The company has been in business for 66 years. “Spectrum has been a key player in the printing space for almost 25 years,” Ostenso noted. “We are so excited about all the possibilities this collaboration will bring.”

Ironmark said that Andrew Berman, CEO of Spectrum, and his team will stay in place, continuing to provide their clients with offset and digital printing solutions, signage, promotional products, campaign management, and in-house mailing and fulfillment.

“I set out 24 years ago to make life easy for print clients,” Berman said. “Along the way, we solved big problems for nonprofits, schools, associations and more, optimizing small budgets when no one else could. It was then that helping clients − no matter the size − thrive in today’s economy became our core value. This is also Ironmark’s core value. Joining a company as passionate about small business success as we are is what will take us into the next stage in our evolution.”
