Orangeburg, NY-based distributor Zagwear (asi/365552) announced recently that it has acquired Boston-based Puma Productions (asi/466749). Financial terms of the transaction were not released, but as part of the deal, Puma executive Joe Randazzo will continue to work from his Boston-area office.
