Clothpromotions Plus (asi/45513), a Boca Raton, FL-based supplier of microfiber products, has entered into a joint venture with Dallas-based The Sourcing Solution to form Creative Sourcing Solutions. A subsidiary of Clothpromotions Plus, Creative Sourcing Solutions will launch at the ASI Show in Orlando in January.

Creative Sourcing Solutions provides sourcing and product development to distributors without broker fees. It will source unique and custom products at a competitive price.

“We’re extremely excited for this venture,” said Scott Opper, co-CEO. “We keep our finger on the pulse of the industry and our partner distributors. It’s not enough to simply source, we develop brand exclusive products from scratch and offer full-service, no-fee, no-exposure competitive sourcing.”

Creative Sourcing Solutions has a full-service office in China, staff with employes from both the United States and China. The company also has employees in Mexico. The company says it works with the best factories to ensure quality, great pricing and timely delivery.

“Over the course of many years, we have developed relationships with factories willing to produce new and custom items, with smaller order sizes and fast delivery times,” said Russ Burchard, president of The Sourcing Solution. “That means no brokers and no traders. You’re buying direct from us.”

Burchard added that the factories Creative Sourcing Solutions use, whether domestic or international, have the highest corproate approvals and international audit certifications. Many of them are accredited vendors for brands like McDonald’s, Walmart and Disney, he said.

Creative Sourcing Solutions will be at booths 1320 and 1321 at the ASI Show Orlando this January.
