Facilisgroup Expands Training Program
Facilisgroup, a software-as-a-service business for the promotional products industry, has expanded its online and in-person training program, Facilis U, launching dozens of courses and hundreds of live webinars throughout the year.
In 2019, more than 400 people enrolled in Facilis U webinars, and 77 more attended in-person workshops at the training facility in Facilisgroup’s St. Louis, MO headquarters. Next year, the company plans to build on those successes with additional online courses and new live conferences focused on leadership and marketing.
“Facilis U is the materialization of our dedication to delivering ongoing quality training and development for our distributor partners,” said Matthew Lamb, chief development officer. “Our dedication to training and development is part of our mission to deliver business growth, and a powerful byproduct of Facilis U is the strong sense of community that it continues to build.”
Facilisgroup has received positive feedback about its training program. Cynthia Miller, president and chief marketing officer of E Group, a global engagement agency, said she was inspired by her attendance at a recent leadership workshop put on by Facilis U. “We learned so much from the session content and from the great conversations with the other distributors,” she said.
Facilisgroup provides services that range from CRM and order management to consolidated buying power for promotional products distributors in North America. Its parent company, Manchester, U.K.-headquartered The Pebble Group, also owns distributor Brand Addition (asi/202515). The Pebble Group’s CEO, Chris Lee, placed 34th on Counselor’s 2019 Power 50 list of the most influential people in the promotional products industry.
