Facilisgroup, a St. Louis-based software-as-a-service company and partnering community for promotional products firms, has acquired certain software assets from developer Corexpand. The strategic acquisition will strengthen Facilisgroup’s technological services, allowing it to develop a more robust e-commerce platform that includes the easy development of e-stores ranging from popup shops to complex inventoried company stores.
