“A Woman’s View,” an initiative from Top 40 distributor iPROMOTEu (asi/232119) that brings together women in the promotional products industry, recently held its annual networking event for more than 250 women.

During the event, the council of A Woman’s View and iPROMOTEu awarded two industry women for their achievements.

Catherine Kruse of iPROMOTEu (left) presents the 2019 Supplier Visionary Award to Brittany David of SnugZUSA. 

Brittany David, vice president of sales at Top 40 supplier SnugZ USA(asi/88060), received the 2019 Supplier Visionary Award. With over 14 years of experience, David currently serves as the chair of the PPEF Board and Leadership Advisory Committee. She's also the Immediate Past Chair of PPAI. She previously served as the board liaison to the Government Relations Action Council (GRAC) and was co-chairman of the PPAF Expo Committee from 2014 to 2016.

Leah Carson, vice president of sales at Canadian distributor The Planet Group, received the 2019 Distributor Visionary Award. With over 20 years of experience, Carson is known for her commitment to deliver on her promises, providing results to her clients.

“We noticed a unique opportunity to address the needs of women within the promotional products industry,” said Candace Plunkett, vice president of affiliate services at iPROMOTEu and head of A Woman’s View. “These women possess immense ambition as they are ready and willing to do what it takes to grow their businesses. It is an honor to provide the support and resources to assist them in accomplishing their goals.”

With reported 2018 North American promotional product revenue of $198.4 million, iPROMOTEu ranks 11th on Counselor’s latest list of the largest distributors in the industry.
