St. Louis, MO-based distributor GatewayCDI (asi/202515) has entered into a strategic partnership agreement with Iris (asi/191100) of Lenexa, KS. Financial terms of the deal were not released, but the agreement has the two companies combining their respective marketing and sales capabilities to expand existing client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.

“This partnership is a milestone moment for IRIS and will provide the additional sales and support horsepower that we need to continue our accelerated growth pattern and create more jobs for Kansans,” said Paul Kotz, founder of IRIS.

IRIS is a distributor that has also created a software program that it bills as a marketing logistics platform which helps its clients more effectively purchase and procure a range of marketing products and services. For GatewayCDI, the deal is expected to expand its reach and capabilities for clients.
