PF Concept Acquires T Shirt & Sons
PF Concept is the European arm of Top 40 supplier Polyconcept North America.
PF Concept International Coöperatief U.A (PFCI), the European arm of New Kensington, PA-headquartered Top 40 supplier Polyconcept North America (PCNA, asi/78897), has announced the acquisition of T Shirt & Sons Ltd.
Headquartered in Westbury, U.K., with a subsidiary in Venlo, Netherlands, T Shirt & Sons is one of the largest digital printing and fulfilment companies in Europe. Financial terms of the deal were not released.
“T Shirt & Sons was an early entrant in the European direct-to-garment market and has used its industry proprietary technology and processes to become the leading print-on-demand company in the U.K.,” Neil Ringel, CEO of Polyconcept, said in a press release. “Combined with PFCI’s core competencies in sourcing and product development, this acquisition offers attractive opportunities to provide additional services to our B2B customers and promotional distributors.”
T Shirt & Sons will continue to operate from its Westbury headquarters, and all employees will remain with the company. Operations will remain independent from Polyconcept, allowing the company to continue to focus on delivering digital print-on-demand services.
“Our joint expertise in high-quality digital decoration, as well as the possibilities of further individualization from one article onwards will open up new sales areas for our B2B customers,” said Ralf Oster, CEO of PF Concept International.
Phil Morgan, senior country manager of PF Concept U.K., will assume the role of managing director at T Shirt & Sons Europe. He will be supported by the existing management team.
