PromoKitchen Announces Tee Hamilton Creative Scholarship
Hamilton, a beloved industry visionary, passed away in December.
PromoKitchen, an independent volunteer group in the promotional products industry, has introduced a scholarship named after Tee Hamilton, a beloved industry visionary who passed away in December after a lengthy battle with cancer. She was 54.
The Tee Hamilton Creative Scholarship will support promo professionals in their pursuit of creative or business education by paying up to 80% toward courses and conferences. According to PromoKitchen, Hamilton believed that promo professionals who pursued continuing education could create a strong legacy for themselves and the industry.
Applications will be accepted until March 26. The course or conference must be completed or attended before February 2022. The recipient of the scholarship will be required to follow up with PromoKitchen afterward to share their experience and explain how it benefitted their career. The winner will be announced at PromoKitchen’s virtual Spring Fling Mixer on April 8.
