Top 40 distributor iPROMOTEu (asi/232119) has made several personnel changes, including two promotions and a new hire.

Bob Schwei, a 21-year industry veteran with half that time at iPROMOTEu, has been promoted from director of business development to the new position of senior vice president of business development.

“I’m excited to lead this team of highly experienced industry professionals,” Schwei said in a press release. “Each team member has tenured experience in the industry and we are passionate about helping distributors and salespeople achieve their objectives by enhancing customer focus, driving continuous growth and achieving win-win deals.”

Rafael Dosman, a 10-year industry veteran, has been promoted from business development manager to the new position of director of business development. Dosman has a history of working in the promotional products industry, B2B retail and staffing industry.

Meanwhile, Mandy Cousins joins the company as business development manager. Cousins has more than 10 years of experience in business development and sales.

With reported 2020 North American promotional product revenue of $165 million, iPROMOTEu ranked 14th on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest distributors in the industry.
