As mergers and acquisitions heat up in the promo industry this year, it can become increasingly difficult for small distributors to compete.
But Samantha Strazanac isn’t letting that stop her. The CEO and founder of North Carolina-based Strazanac Solutions (asi/338036) and a new ASI distributor, offers a wide range of services – including promo products, business consulting, graphic and web design, and branding consultation. That helps her differentiate herself from competition that might only be focused on branded merchandise.
When you have a menu of services, “you’re able to offer a higher value to your clients because you have suggestions they may not have thought of,” says Strazanac. “You’re thinking outside the box on their behalf, and that’s more than they can get from other companies. You always need to stand out from the rest and find your unique selling point or proposition.”
