ASI’s intrepid taste-test team counts both Star Wars super-fans and ice cream aficionados among its ranks, so when Brooklyn-based Ample Hills Creamery announced a partnership with Disney and Lucasfilm to create limited edition Star Wars flavors, we knew we had to get our hands on some.
