The Stress Ball Gets a High-Tech Makeover
Looking for a high-tech take on the classic stress ball? German designer Simone Schramm developed a futuristic orb that provides users with feedback on their stress levels, through intuitive haptic and visual data. External sensors measure skin conductivity as users touch the ball, causing an internal balloon to inflate the ball. Its 580 3-D printed knobs expand out of the ball, based on the user's stress level, according to Schramm.
