Zagwear’s (asi/365552) Cathy Dorazio received $500 to be donated to Autism Speaks as part of Reciprocity Road’s BrandGood Giveback Contest, a philanthropic initiative that empowers employees at Reciprocity companies to support nonprofit causes they care about. Each quarter, BrandGood Ambassadors from Reciprocity Road distributorships evaluate submissions of cause-focused stories and photos from their fellow “roadies” and choose one to receive $500. Reciprocity Road is a promo industry buying group.
The Ink Kitchen, a blog for garment decorators, hosted a Lucky 13 Bash at Motion Textile’s Sacramento, CA, facility to raise money for the Sacramento Food Bank. More than $12,000 in cash, food and custom-printed T-shirts was donated.
