Decorators in the Midwest now have the ability to try out Epson’s digital printing technology, with the opening of an Epson Certified Solution Center at IT Supplies, a full-service printing equipment and supplies dealer based in the greater Chicago area.

The operational solution center showcases the full suite of Epson’s SureColor production equipment, including direct-to-garment and dye-sublimation printers. Customers will be able to speak with product experts and run test print samples using their own files. The center will also host comprehensive customer training opportunities.

According to Epson, the solution center at IT Supplies is the first of its kind, but it won’t be the last. “We want to inspire customers to do tremendous things,” said John Meyer, a manager in Epson America’s wide format channel. The solution centers “are designed to showcase the depth of capabilities that Epson has to offer, as well as allow end-customers to realize the full potential of partnering with Epson,” he added.

IT Supplies is excited to give customers the opportunity to experience Epson products in an immersive, hands-on environment, according to Jeff Lucido, general manager of commercial sales. “This new solution center will allow us to demonstrate firsthand the benefits of working with Epson technology,” he said.

Besides the regional re-seller solution center, Epson also provides hands-on experiences to customers at the new Epson Technology Center in Carson, CA.
