Conley was most recently chief accounting officer/principal accounting officer at Advantage Solutions, a Missouri-headquartered firm that provides outsourced sales and marketing solutions to consumer goods companies and retailers.

Prior to her nearly 12 years with Advantage Solutions, Conley worked with Texas-based AECOM, an engineering/infrastructure consulting firm, where she was last vice president of corporate controllership. Early in her career, Conley was an audit manager with Deloitte.

The experienced financial pro is excited to be joining BAMKO – and the promotional products industry. “Following some very insightful meetings with various team members, I felt a strong alignment with the leadership and the overall culture at BAMKO, making it the ideal next step in my professional journey,” Conley said.

With an eye on innovation, Conley sees what she described as significant value in investing in automation to enhance BAMKO’s accounting operations. “By thoughtfully implementing automation solutions, whether through AI or other systematic tools, we can maximize the utilization of our current systems and resources,” Conley said.

Word on Conley’s appointment comes just weeks after BAMKO announced the hiring of Colleen Hammann as senior vice president of sales. The firm also, in March, named Chris Gale senior director of sales.

BAMKO recently reported that its sales and earnings were up in 2024 despite a revenue drop in Q4. Based on reported 2023 North American promotional products revenue of $342.7 million, the company ranked eighth on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest distributors in the industry.
