Sky High Marketing Holds Grand Opening of New Headquarters
The 50,000-square-foot facility will support and power growth, while allowing for more on-site product decoration, inventorying and collaboration, executives said.
Sky High Marketing (SHM, asi/328476) has moved into new digs.
On Aug. 1, the Wisconsin-based promotional products distributor held a grand opening for its new corporate headquarters – a facility in Waukesha that’s described as having a modern and inviting campus feel.
Fueled by strong sale increases in recent years, Sky High built the location to accommodate anticipated future growth, with the facility allowing for expanded in-house product decoration capabilities, more space for inventorying goods on-site and ample space for employees to collaborate.
“We aimed to position SHM for long-term success, and constructing this facility achieves that in two key ways,” said Sky High CEO Josh Kozinski and CFO Rachel Kozinski in a joint statement.
They continued: “It enables us to attract and retain top talent. Second, it enhances our ability to serve our current clients more effectively, while preparing us to accommodate new clients. As we expand our client base, our production and warehouse capabilities are already equipped to scale accordingly.”
The Kozinskis said the new headquarters have been designed in a way that allows the firm to expand its head count in the office, warehouse and production areas – something that could come in handy as it pursues acquisitions.
“We intend to look for acquisition opportunities, and knowing we have the facility to support this puts us in a great position to accomplish this,” the pair said.
SHM said the headquarters was built with collaboration in mind, with open spaces to brainstorm, and meeting rooms outfitted with state-of-the-art technology.
SHM leaders believe the campus vibe of the facility will help further foster what’s already a strong workplace culture.
“Our plaza will be a great meeting place for coffee, lunch and company outings,” the company said. “Our Sky High Deck will be a great place to unwind for happy hour after a long day’s work. Our pickleball court, fitness room and walking paths will promote physical fitness initiatives. Finally, our wellness room allows us to make holistic investments in each of our team members and provide them with growth opportunities professionally and personally.”
SHM also has an office in Las Vegas and maintains a business development team in Oklahoma City.
“With the addition of new staff and clients, coupled with our investment in the corporate campus, we anticipate significant growth,” Konni Hibicke, vice president of marketing and product development, told ASI Media.
