Before coming to Vantage, Macilvain spent nearly a decade at fellow Counselor Top 40 supplier alphabroder (asi/34063) in a sales leadership role. He also, most recently, led the creation and leadership of a sales team at Pep Boys, one of the largest auto service organizations in the country.

I look forward to building strong relationships, exploring new opportunities and driving meaningful growth for both our customers and the company.”

It’s not the first move Vantage has made recently to enhance its customer service and offerings; in September, the supplier brought on Shira Hudson as director of customer experience. And earlier this month, Vantage announced that all three of its facilities would be offering direct-to-film decoration capabilities.

Based on reported North American promotional products revenue of $53 million in 2023, Vantage Apparel ranked 38th on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest suppliers in the industry.
