Vero Beach, FL-based Brandit Agency (asi/145139), a firm whose offerings include branded merchandise and print solutions, has acquired Perception Marketing, a Jacksonville, FL-based digital marketing agency. Financial terms of the deal were not released.

As part of the move, Perception Marketing founder/CEO Pete Kimmel is joining Brandit as director of marketing. He has what executives described as more than a decade of experience in branding, web development and strategic marketing.

Founded in 2009, Brandit Agency strives to offer a spectrum of services to clients. Beyond merch and print, those include digital advertising, company stores, kitting/fulfillment and identity/design solutions.
