Delegate CX Promotes Rory Young to Chief Revenue Officer
Young was previously a senior vice president at the firm that focuses on outsourcing solutions for promo and other markets.
Rory Young is on the rise again at Delegate CX (DCX, asi/178336).
The Texas-based provider of outsourcing solutions to the promotional products industry and other markets has promoted Young to chief revenue officer. Young, who has been with Delegate CX for three-and-a-half years, was previously senior vice president of sales and, before that, vice president of business development.
As CRO, Young will lead sales, marketing and client experience for DCX under a newly formed revenue department. His focus will include leadership and strategy.
“I’m excited to lead this growing team to increase collaboration internally, prioritize our best ideas and initiatives, and make our hiring services even better for our partners and shared employees alike,” Young told ASI Media. “This company means a ton to me and I’m very honored for the chance to spearhead the growth in the coming years.”
DCX started as a solutions provider to the promo industry and continues to serve the market. It has also expanded to cover what executives described as a range of industries, functions and roles, from back-office data entry to customer service operations. The firm connects company with trained talent in the Philippines.
“We’re making a lot of investments to grow in promo and taking some steps outside the industry as well, so this promotion comes at the perfect time and with a few more hires on the horizon as well,” Young shared.
Young started his promo career with Philadelphia-based supplier Pop! Promos (asi/45657). There, he progressed from a senior account executive to director of sales to vice president of sales and business development.
