Twenty years ago, Latisha Marshall began her career journey with Top 40 distributor ePromos Promotional Products (asi/188515) as a pre-production coordinator.

Fast forward to today, and Marshall has just been named senior vice president of operations at the Minnesota-headquartered promotional products company.

Executives said it’s a promotion well-earned by what has been Marshall’s exceptional leadership, success at helping the firm scale and the role she’s played in creating a positive workplace culture.

Following her start as a pre-production coordinator, Marshall held roles at ePromos that included production manager, logistics and quality assurance manager, director of operations support, and senior director of sales operations.

Marshall said she’s thrilled to step into the new senior VP position. “This milestone is a testament to our shared dedication and success,” she said. “I am eager to continue driving operational excellence and supporting our talented team in achieving our goals.”

Based on reported 2022 North American promotional product revenue of $79.6 million, ePromos ranked 27^th on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest distributors in the industry. The firm, now in its 26^th year, announced Rosenbaum’s appointment as president in January.
