Showdown Displays Awarded Third Consecutive Global Customer Service Honor

The Counselor Top 40 supplier has again received the coveted recognition from Contact Center World.

It’s a three-peat for Counselor Top 40 supplier Showdown Displays (asi/87188).

The Brooklyn Center, MN-based firm’s customer service team was recognized with a Contact Center World 2024 Global Gold Award for “Best Customer Service” – the third consecutive year it’s received such recognition.

Contact Center World is a global association for contact centers and customer engagement, and its annual awards program honors top-performing teams and achievements in customer service. This year’s entries featured companies from more than 80 countries across a variety of industries, according to organizers.

“This award is a testament to the dedication and hard work of our team, who consistently go above and beyond to support our customers,” said Jim Thomsen, vice president of customer care at Showdown Displays. “We’re honored by this recognition and remain committed to setting high standards for service excellence.”

The Contact Center World awards program isn’t the only place the supplier’s customer service team has been recognized; Showdown also won a People’s Choice Stevie Award for “Favorite Customer Service” back in the spring.

Showdown Displays ranked 15th on Counselor’s most recent list of the largest suppliers in the industry, with $110.8 million in reported 2023 North American promotional products revenue.
