Emma Reynolds has appeared as an extra in two Harry Potter films. That’s fitting, as Reynolds often conjures magic as sales manager at U.K.-based Outstanding Branding.

From leading the sales team and growing her ample book of business to serving as a liaison with Outstanding Branding’s American partners, the energetic Brit helps spearhead success at the growing distributorship. “A sense of achievement motivates me on the job and in life,” says Reynolds. “I like to see things grow and succeed.”

Still in her 20s, Reynolds has broken sales records at Outstanding Branding, including biggest single sale, highest annual sales tally and largest account won through bidding. Don’t think the success has gone to her head, though. Reynolds is most proud that her Outstanding Branding co-workers voted her Colleague of the Year — little surprise given her passion for steering others to excellence. “I really enjoy helping my team to reach their goals, breaking the goals down into achievable chunks and working alongside them to smash it!” she says.

As for the Harry Potter business: Her best memory involves portraying a student while standing on the set in the middle of the night in her pajamas with a wand. “What an incredible experience to be part of,” she says. Fortunately for Reynolds, she feels a similar sense of excitement about crafting promo solutions. “It’s great to get the satisfaction of finding exactly what a client wants and getting the sale.”
